Unprofessional time waiting verification

I am so shocked and failing to understand how can I fail a face verification after I sent 3 pics with my ID and dates and a fingerprint check ✔️ ✅️ please enlighten this is so unprofessional and it took more than a month to tell me that my app has been permanently blocked with a pathetic apology i spent Christmas and new years with limited funds can some one who can see properly please look at the verification process very disappointed
