Unprofessional service from Bolt staff

My young brother was hijacked by Bolt customers a few days ago and Bolt office is refusing to give us the details of the customer, there is a police case that has been opened they say they want us to bring a detective or police officer to the Bolt offices????Why in the world do you refuse to accept the case number and also release the customer details??? Is Bolt working with *********??? What a SHAME ON YOU BOLT!!!!!!. Someone almost lost his life and you behave in such a shameful way!!!!!
