UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER

I have never in my entire like experienced such service, I requested a ride at 15:29 my driver was Dillon with Bolt today the driver accepted and he took his time to come pick me up I couldn’t see that he was arrived in Bayside Mall but he was standing in the wrong location and I sent him a message to tell him where I was standing even though he could see my location pin.

He stood by Standard Bank till he could cancel the trip so I could be charged a cancellation fee even though I did not cancel the trip.

Requested another ride at 15:50 my driver was Tendai driving a Toyota Ettios CA223601 I stood there for 3minutes I could see the car standing next to me but there was no driver inside and my app read that he was 3 minutes away and when it read that the driver has a arrived, he drove passed us and we stopped it and asked why he was leaving us he got so angry and shouted us that he didn’t know where we were that is why he was leaving and I was like but you can see the pin location he got angry and said he wants us to get out of his car he is no longer taking us to our destination.

I told him that he will take us where we going whether he likes it on not because I am not going to request for a third ride.

I am so livid with Bolt I don’t want to lie and I am never using your services ever again.
