Unprofessional driver

I requested a ride from clayville the driver asked me to pass by the garage to drop food when we go there he asked to pour petrol to my surprise the other guy came they exchanged sim card and the 2 who was driving me left without even explaining to me what happened I wasn't same and the guy ddnt even match the description and the swapped without alerting me I had to end the trip n pay full price yet I hvnt arrived to my destination
