unprofessional Driver

I am very disappointed Bolt. Driver – Sinenkosi Vehicle – Toyato Corolla Sedan Reg – LL 52 XK GP Cost – R394

I ordered vehicle last night @21:27 from 51 Olievenhoutbosch road, Louwlardia, Centurion To Eldorado Park in Gauteng. The driver accepted request and picked up my staff in Centurion. He then took them and dropped them at a Shell garage 22:02 @ no 68 Ino street Comptonville, Johannesburg. He refused to take them to the destination that was requested siting that he doesn’t go to Eldorado Park because it’s a high-risk area. If that was the case, why did he in the first place accept my request to pick up my staff to take them to their destination and payment R394. He then told my staff they must request a new ride. This is totally unacceptable as I had to leave my home and go and pick my staff up and take them home.
