Unprofessional behaviour

Was so devastated and traumatized this morning when l took a ride with Patience.After requesting bolt and put my destination. I got in the car with my destination clear .No sanitiser in the car to start with. This driver took a different route and l alerted her that this is not the direction. She said l know what l am doing....shocked by such utterance of mere unproffessionalism l kept quiet.The next thing she took me to a place and said this is the place.l said no its not please take me to the place I requested. She started driving around town in places that l did not understand. I felt so terrified and scared and so unsafe.l asked her why are you not following GPS she said bolt gps is not working. She was aggressive shouting at me as if its my fault. I use bolt almost everyday this was very traumatic.l feared for my life.She did not stop there and continued uttering tribalistic remarks.l don't know if bolt is meant for a particular tribe or nation .Besides the car being smelly but coupled with such unprofessionalism ,it leaves a lot to be desired.Am very disappointed with Bolt.
