Unknown ride or request

Deduction was made into my bank account without my authorisation yesterday. The was a ride after 09pm that I don't know nothing about. My payment method is cash but the deduction was made into my bank account. I tried enquire about the situation on support team. They told me that the ride was made yesterday and I won't be refunded. So meaning I lost R135.00 just like that. I'm not happy at all with this situation.
