Unhelpfull Bolt Drivers

I requested a bolt cab via the app on Sunday 21/02/2021 and I added more than one stop as the app has that option and to return back home. The driver had arrived after a long time and when I jump in the car he tells me that he cannot take me as I have more than one stop so I must request another bolt. My question to them was why have the option if the drivers will not take you ? This was not the first time this has happened and I did get late for a meeting. I also sent them a message and I got a response that they will alert the driver but which I know will not happen.
