Unhappy with bolt

I find bolt(formerly Taxify) now terrible, there's no proper system in place for items recovery as well as for complaints. They seem to protect their drivers more than they do for their clients... I lost a phone in a bolt trip and never get the driver to give it back. I complained and nothing happened. I had a driver who was rude and was shouting at me on refusal to leave me where I wanted to go and he refused only to get a response of the driver accussing me of theft.. It's just terrible
