Unhappy service rendered by Bolt driver in Durban

Today 27th , I requested bolt service the driver came however he dropped me on a taxi stop which is 3km away from home because he said his car will be damaged on a gravel road 😡,he could see cars on that road but hey he dropped me off with my suitcase and a shopping bag ,we had to walk with my daughter that 3km home.The biggest mistake I did was to pay him first before the trip ends because he asked me how much was a trip ,I then gave him R190 cash and I think he canceled my trip because he said something about the trip to not appear on a system.Even when I took a picture of his number plate he said he doesn't care.His name was Musawenkosi Innocent , car number plate ND 637653 Datsun Go ,I do have images and his photo on bolt screenshot that I took.
