Unhappy full Bolt office ***

I took a ride with bolt and I was paying with my card and when the driver got to me he asked to cancel my ride as he wanted money for petrol so I did cancel the ride and when we got to my destination I went to get money from the ATM. Upon my return to give him the money he was gone in the car I had left my bag with him as assurance that am coming back so he drove off with my bag. In my bag there was my work laptop 💻 my clothes my shoes and my toiletalies.

So I went to the police to open a case and the police wanted the vehicle registration number of which I didn't have so I contacted the bolt office and they refused to assist me and I hard that drivers do that all the time and they are still operating. *** all they kept saying was they want a police case yet the police can not help me without the vehicle registration number
