Unhappy client - still no refund received

Today I am giving Bolt two stars for the fact that I have not received my refund of a ride I needed to cancel and then on top of it I still get charged the cancellation fee. I don't mind the cancellation fee but pls refund my money. I am really not happy and I use Bolt all the time. So please don't let a situation like this keep me from using your services again. I just want to be refunded what is rightfully mine. Thank you.
