Unhappy Bolt Client

If there were a zero star, I would rate it with zero. On Thursday, August 14, 2025 I requested Bolt for my child to school in the morning. Wendy, a Bolt woman driver with registration number LZ35ZHGP, driving a Hyundai Grand i10, had the worst behavior I've ever witnessed. When my child jumped out to fetch his backpack from the boot, she drove away without paying attention, attempting to stop while distracted by her phone. I called the driver to request that she drive with my child's school backpack, and she agreed to drop it off at school. Guess what? When phoned to follow up, she chose to bring the child's school bag home while claiming to be working. The lady is rude, disrespectful, and I don't think she deserves to offer such service to the community.
