Unfairly suspending my account

This E-Hailing company unfairly suspended my account for 7 days all because they believe a system that they created that shows them shows them that I completed an offline trip, when I simply started and immediately ended a card payment trip I thought I accepted as a cash trip, as soon as I realized that it's a card and not cash payment, I immediately ended the trip, it even showed that it charged, R0.00 collection. Immediately after I ended the trip, I received a cash payment trip at the same place(Gold Reef City) and I'm contacting support telling them that they wronged me and that they should fix the mistake they mystaken me for, the trip was over 25km, how do I complete that "offline trip" and make it back to the same place to get a cash payment trip within 5 minutes, How?
