Unfair verification of documents from Bolt south african app

My name is Tsepiso Mohapi ,I have been working for bolt almost 3 to 4 years now the problem they say my driving license with PrDp needs cornfimation letter wich they don't do at license department you can obtain from head office wich far from Durban wich I am currently base know still even I use my temporary license and license card obtained from department of licensing they both declined which is not fair because all my documents are original obtained from license department
