Unfair treatment

My name is Victus Skhakhane I am a bolt driver my contact number is ***. I have two kids and I am renting in Johannesburg my kids are depending on this job right now they have to go to school but they can't. My app was blocked last year August and bolt told me that they will unblock app this year June. Me and my family we are struggling what kills me they never gave me a valid reason as to why my app was blocked. Its not only me bolt doesn't show any mercy towards their drivers. I want bolt to unblock my app because I am not working as we speak.
