UNFAIR CARD PAYMENT

Bolt made me pay for a ride I never even got!!! Driver Kept being a nuisance by calling several times telling me he'd be there soon I should step out and he wasn't even at the gate and time was 5am!!? driver picked me up and on the next block he asks if I can change payment to cash of which I did not have then he gets ****ed, calls me stupid and asks me to request another ride, then bolt decides to charge me for a 0km ride?? It's ridiculous and I'm never using their service again, I'm so annoyed writing this
