********* Business Practice from BOLT

Bolt fees change literally every 10 min.

My normal fare for 13km costs R140. That is already R 11 per km. In Drive is R120 negotiable. If it rains Bolt fares go up to R217 for the same distance of 13 km.

According to Bolt website, they charge R7 per km, so my trip should not be more than R100.

When it rains, Bolt charge me R 17 per km. This is ********* Business Practice and absolutely False information from Bolt.

I have numerous screenshots to prove this.

THEY like to use the excuse of "Demand", yet In Drive don't have these ridiculous fares when it rains. I have screenshots where it is raining and most cars are standing still in one place with NO business, yet they like to use this "Demand" excuse.

People be careful of just using Bolt.

THEY do not assist with your complaints at all and turn a blind eye.

Anybody have any suggestions as to how to stop Bolt.
