********* behaviour of the driver

My friend forgot her bag in the driver library car, we have tried making Contact with the contact center and cannot locate a contact number. We then went and Contacted the driver who advised he is driver we should call back after 5min we called again and he did not answer his phone. I am utterly disgusted by the service and ********* behaviour of the driver I need someone from bolt to contact me as soon as possible
