Unauthourised bolt fees debited on my bank account

was charged R181.00 before even the driver accepted the trip. The trip did not happen as we stopped by Taxi drivers so i did not reach my destination as arguments and fights were happenning between the Bolt driver, taxi drivers and myself. May you kindly reverse that money back to my bank account as i urgently in need of it. This is happening for the second time now that i am credited before the driver even accepts the ride or trip. Your assistance will be appreciated urgently as i am stuck now i do not have money to go back home.

And my other issue the driver charged me R31.00 for a trip.which did not happen as there were arguments between the bolt driver and taxi drivers. He left me on the taxi rank with the drivers and taxi drivers wanted R1000 from me or they take my phone and all mh belongings.

Please assist i need my money back in my bank account, i am so miserable 😫 could not make it to my appointment at Sars and Sars charges me late penalties of R250 every month, who would be accountable for this one. On top of that taxi drivers were demanding money from me of which i gave the only R100 i had in my purse.
