Unauthorized extra charge

Besides the fact that AI robot is the one that responds to the queries, Bolt has drivers that are so unfaithful and *********. If they are not *****ing our items that you forget in their cars, it's the extra waiting charges that you are charged even if you waited for the driver. You will log a query and it never be resolved, their AI machine will tell you to wait for three hours that a consultant will contact you, that doesn't happen. It's just out of control honestly. It needs to be regulated because they are taking advantage of customers and there's no accountability.
