Unauthorized charges

I have noticed that R137 went off my account today without requesting a ride, can the funds please be refunded and I need a clear explanation why money gets deducted from my account without any authorization. On the 3rd of October R200 was deducted. Can the head of management please get back to me regarding this issue. Bolt is now getting out of hand
