Unacceptable service from Bolt (Taxify) SA hacked into my account and stole funds

I would like report an incident that took place during the month of November. My account was hacked by Bolt (Taxify) SA and they have de*****ed me for well over R1300 in **** trips which they have double or triple charged. On one instance the 1st of December this Tuesday, I only had one trip however they took R359 along with several other amounts all on one day.

According to a number of their own drivers, this is normal and they urged me to never add my card in the future and to only use cash as they do this to riders all the time, but because no one notices they think it is their actual trips.

The best part is they have no contact number and the only option to receive support is to email their Johannesburg office. Only after going on to social media did someone actually revert.

I am really so disappointed with the service from Bolt (Taxify) and it is my hope that they can remedy the matter at the earliest.
