Unacceptable customer service

A very terrible experience with bolt rider today , so I requested a ride from Alex Mall to 185 boulevard SA street ( my place ) so the Mall has about 3 different pick up spots which is Pick n pay entrance, Main entrance and Builders entrance so I opted for Builders entrance where I was waiting, the driver decided to go and wait at pick n pay entrance which was not what I opted for ,I texted him and told him I'm at Builders entrance then he said he can't collect me there because of the taxi association then I asked him why did you accept the ride knowing you won't be able to come where I am ,that's where he told me to cancel the ride mind you I was now charged R28 fee for waiting time hence Iused my card , this is totally unacceptable because he should have just ignored the trip the drivers name is Inganathi ,registration number is LV16RJGP
