Unacceptable behavior from bolt

I am writing to formally report a disturbing and unacceptable incident involving one of your drivers.

On 22 July 2025, my mother — who had just been discharged from the hospital and is currently in a fragile medical condition used a Bolt ride. As she was still in the process of getting out of the vehicle, the driver abruptly drove off, causing her to fall to the ground.

This reckless behavior endangered her health and well-being. It is deeply concerning that a Bolt driver would act so irresponsibly, especially toward a visibly ill and vulnerable passenger.

Please take this matter seriously. I request that you urgently investigate the incident, identify the driver involved, and take appropriate action. I would also like to know what measures you are taking to ensure the safety of passengers, especially the elderly or medically vulnerable.
