Unable to cashout

I am so disgusted with how bolt is so ******** when it comes to my issue.

I am a driver and I am unable to cashout money that I worked for in thier App,when I follow up to this matter I am always told to upload back details, and my Id its over a month now sitting with the same issue.This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved in my entire life
