*****ulent trips on my bank card

Someone used my card to pay for trips, using their own account in August 2023. I alerted Bolt about all the 6 trips which I was de*****ed with. My bank managed to reverse about 2 transactions. Somehow, I managed to get the number on the account in which my card was used. I also managed to get a car used for 4 trips. All this information was given to Bolt for investigation but they simply told me they don't see that under my account. Of course, I didn't do the trips so it wouldn't be in my account. They never investigated the driver who accepted 4 of the trips alternately. It wasn't long after I had already changed my card so, I didn't want to loose money on a new card again. I chose the option of freezing my card every after transaction (which I understand was still risky). Another Bolt trip transaction was processed this week, 12/09/2023 on my card. The mystery is that, I didn't have sufficient funds this time. My question is how, was this trip approved. I guess, Bolt will tell me they can't trace it again
