*****ulent excessive deduction!

Bolt deducted my account twice for the same single trip. When I asked about it they are telling me it was to verify my account. This is the same account they have deducted from for many trips.

Oh and they have the nerve to tell me that I have to wait 14-30 days for the refund!

To make matters worse, my matter was assigned to a non-chalant agent called Deborah who told not gave generic answers even as free I informed her that their conduct was shady and *****ulent!
