UBER/Bolt company and drivers are *******

Roland, Toyota Corolla Silver, ND55726 (UBER/Bolt Driver) is a *****, he reported to Bolt that I never paid him for the ride when I did. He uncured an unnecessary waiting period because he decided not to respond to my chats asking him if his details are the same as what was showing on the app. UBER/Bolt has blocked me from thier services and believe him when he says I never paid when I did. I'm going to the police station to open up a case against Roland and UBER because they want me to pay for which I already did... *******!!!
