Trust Bolt with your belongings no more

It was Monday 15 May 2023 06:43 I requested Bolt drive to work. I forgot my phone with R150.00 on the phone's pouch. I quickly made a call to my phone (in less than 5 mins time) right after driver dropped me off, but no one answered. I kept on ringing my phone until around 15h00 when it was then switched off. I sent an email to bolt reporting the matter until today I haven't received any feedback nor phone from Bolt. Same incident happened to my colleague yesterday. I don't have a phone now through them. I don't trust bolt anymore. I DELETED THE APP.
