Trip did not Happen

Kindly note that today a driver ****** by boyfriend money from his account and he never arrived. I am very ****ed with your service. R329 without completing the trip. It was very quick of them to deduct the money from his account and now we are struggling to be assisted to reverse the funds into his account. I am very ****ed of with this service it is really unacceptable.
