Totally disgusted at BOLT

On the 2nd September 2023 I ordered a return ride for my husband via BOLT. The payment for this ride went through my bank account , which shows for the driver to see that the ride is covered by a card payment or if it's a cash ride. The driver still too R100 cash from my husband . I disputed it immediately and requested a refund . I was then advised to call my back 14 days if the refund wasn't automatically done . Which I done 18 days after . I was then advised this money was banked by BOLT on the 4th September . And now I have been told by BOLT it can take up to 30 days for refund. And my bank has advised me that becos the money was banked 2 days after I disputed the error I might add by BOLT the refund must come from them .

I have used BOLT often , to get my children around etc . But after this incident I won't be using them anytime soon
