This is the second time that I found Nolt to be disappointing

This is the second time that I found Nolt to be disappointing. The 1st time, the driver went around in circles, and I was charged for his ignorance. Today, the driver took so long to reach me as he could not find where I was as per the app location. He went to the wrong police station and I had to call him to direct him to the correct police station. He kept insisting that he followed the gps. My wait was over half an hour. A policeman had to help direct him over the call to get to us at the police station, and twice he went to the wrong area. This is the 2nd time when their drivers can't use use gps.
