******* happily working as Bolt Drivers. STAY AWAY!!!!

I took a bolt car driven by Ned to fourways. I accidentally left my earpods in the car. When I realized that mistake, I contact bolt to help track the driver. I called Ned and he did not answer, then I sent him a few messages. He has been ignoring me since. I asked bolt to assist me as these were not cheap earpods. After telling me to take it up with Ned, they have simply not bothered to assist me. No one has even called to find out if the problem was solved. No wonder the drivers do as they please, head office could not give a damn!!!! NEVER USING THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
