Hi I had the same issue with Bolt just this morning. I booked a bolt from Wynberg to steenberg which was R69. The money was taken from my account and then the driver called me to ask where I am going and when I told him he came. But when I got home and out of the taxi I realised that they had just deducted another R101 for the same trip. I sent a message to Bolt complaining about the issue and have received no response or acknowledgement . I'm upset because they are exploiting people.
