I took bolt over a week ago. I put my phone down on the seat next to me to pay the driver and got out without taking my phone. The driver drove off and I immediately called the phone. It only rang and an hour later my phone was off. After a few emails to bolt no one have cared to respond to my emails. This is the dishonest drivers that bolt employs
