A bolt driver by the name of Flacko has ****** our car. A white chev spark. 2014 model. He picked up the car saying he was taking it for a road worthy test since we wanted to also register for bolt. He was with his girlfriend who works for old mutual. Her name is Lerato. We since haven't gotten back our car and he doesn't even answer his phone.
