They changed me a lot of money

They changed me a lot of money... I request a trip that costed me R41 but they end up charging me R141 for some reason... Now I launch a complaint with them and they refund me with bolt balance that can't withdraw... What I'm I supposed to do with the bolt balance while I need my cash back... This is such an inconvenience
