Thefts on Bolt South Africa

On the 8th of October I took a Bolt from a training course I attended from Sandton to Ferndale Randburg.The ride was okay when the drive was over I got off I realised I forgot my makeup box in the boot ..I ran after the car but the driver ran off.he kept driving.. immediately I contacted bolt to ask them to give me his number that I may contact him ..Bolt refused to comply saying they will call him .48hours later Bolt is telling me that they can’t do anything help me ..even thou that driver has not been contacted they can’t get ahold of him.They don’t want help me . That box and everything in it cost R10k ..that is what I use it to make an income and Bolt are not willing to help me.
