Theft of TV by Bolt driver

Hi guys yesterday i got ****med by a bolt driver, registration JD73HVGP Hyundai Accent grey colour.the driver got a request to collect a parcel (JVC smart 43cm plasma TV) he came and collected the TV and left for the drop off but upon his arrival he couldn't get the recipient and decided to call me to inform me that he can't get the guy on the phone and he needs to be payed for his trip.then we suggested that I come to him at Cosmo Mall to pay the trip fare and get back my TV but to my surprise when I got there he had blocked my number and I couldn't reach him anymore.he decided to take my TV and left with it,Now I'm being told that I need to submit an email address of the person who initially requested the ride and I don't have that kind of information.i provided them with the screenshot of the car ride plus registration but it's still hard for them to track their own driver.how possible is that really,the driver stole my TV and now I can't be helped,this is a very poor service I'm receiving right now I'm very angry about their incompetence....
