Theft of Phones By Bolt Drivers

On Tue the 30th of November I took a Bolt Taxi in the Weltevreden Park area the Driver name was Karabo Leremi. I forgot my phone on the back seat. I immediately realised and began to call him as he was driving out. He completely ignored me even though he could hear me. I began calling my phone several times and my phone has a very loud rig tone to no avail. I went to the Bolt website, there was no contact number to call Bolt only a Support email. I sent an email to Bolt who only got back to me six hours later to tell me the Driver says he never saw the phone and that there was nothing they could do and that I must just go and lay a Charge. So basically this Company Bolt allows its Divers to ***** phones from its customers. Have have spoken to several people and - most people have had similar experiences. For the safety of your belongings please don't use Bolt rather use Uber. If you have to use Bolt please don't accept a ride from Driver Karabo Leremi
