THEFT from BOLT DRIVER

i had dropped my phone on my ride with a driver named MrMluleki Bongani - driver for BOLT, 02/01/23 - called him 30mins later who confirmed he has the phone and will drop it off in 20mins - I had contacted the BOLT offices via the APP who has been very vague in intervention - I had opened a case of THEFT @ the POLICE STATION - who they themselves called the driver / my cell number alike - without any success.. as they confirmed the same regarding the driver openly *****ing my phone.
