Theft

I've experienced an incident very badly, my friend sent me bolt to pick up a parcel when the bolt driver took the parcel to my friend he couldn't hand it over because they had a problem with payment which is out of my concern anyway the driver phone me back because of payment he couldn't give the parcel so he wanted to bring the parcel back but asking for money because he didn't get from sender i said ok just bring it I'll give you your money he didn't accept cash he wanted me to do ewallet so i did, sent him address to come meet me waited 3 hours, making excuses I'm putting petrol, i went to wrong address , I'm here but can't see you, after 3 hours he started asking please give me something personally i still accepted but he wanted me to do ewallet again i said no coke I'll give you cash, no he didn't and he said i see you but I'm scared i don't want to come , if you send me some money I'll come , i said no coke here I'll give he didn't accept i said I'll call police if you don't come and just up the phone, i called my friend captain of one of police station and i explains everything i gave him his number he phoned him didn't answer, today he phoned him again expecting at the police station still
