Theft

I took a trip with bolt and paid through my bank. This was on the 6th June 2022. On the 9th June 2022 money was taken off my account for a trip I did not take. After 3 days of talking to bolt support they agreed to refund me but I would have to wait 14 days for my money. When I request a trip they don't wait 14 days for thier money it is instant. They *******ly took money out of my account without my permission and now I must wait 14 days to get it back this is not right.
