Theft and overcharging with no remorse.

Bolt has charged me a holding fee plus the fee for the ride. The customer department said that they will return my holding fee for the ride and they haven't. They said 14 days yet it's been 2 months.

I was not charged like this the night before and all of a sudden this happens??! Case No ***. I want my money back.
