Theft

I left my phone in one of their cars ,and realised few minutes after the drop ,and called my phone it was already off .I have sent tons of emails to Bolt ,and they asked me to open a case and send them my case no from police station ,up to date no action gas been taken ,or they hardly respond to my emails lately .Highly dissapointed on his they are handling my problem.I have proof of all they need from my side
