Theft

We are not safe with Bolt cap, driver overcharged basically stole from me yesterday. He made me pay more on my trip when I arrived at my destination and told me he will add the change in my account for next trip, but he ****. I contacted the bolt support team and addressed the issue, apparently bolt drivers don't have access to saving or adding customers change for next trip. This guy stole from me. He was so rude and aggressive towards me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable around him. This is bad, people must watch out
