The worst service ever.

This company is useless, we are trying to book shuttles for 31 August but we are 6 people. According to them we do not stay in n busy area so they can't make bookings in advance and we can also not book a 6 seater. This is pathetic they want me to go to a busy area then they can do my booking but that defeats the purpose we don't want to drive with my vehicle because we want to treat our friends coming through for the Krone Concert, They may have the best prices but service one can't even rate them. The most annoying thing is you chat to a computer you can't even phone a call centre. This is so ****ED UP!
