The worst service ever.

I am so unhappy with this platform, because I linked my card to it I get charged a R19 fee for their drivers dishonesty and incompetence, I waiting for the driver only for him to come 10mins later and passed my stop, he then after canceled the ride, tried the in app complaints chatbot but it doesn't work so bolt refund my damn money.
