The worse company ever

I work for Taxify( Bolt) as a driver. I was in trouble, where people wanted to hijack me. I called the SOS number, which is recommended by the company. They answered my call and told me that I am on my own. They can't help me. Thinking that I make a lot of money for this company and they can not even help me when I am in danger. What a useless company, who does not care about its drivers, they just want money from us . And they thank us with the plate full of ****.
